Greatest Steam Mop Ever !!!!
this is probably the greatest product i have EVER bought for my house! i have a 6,000 square foot house and 3 young boys who are forever tracking in mud, dirt etc.

Defective Unit
I was sent a defective unit. The unit looks very fragile and I am not surprised it is broken. Sent it back. I am buying the Wagner instead.

Junk Dept.
I was eager to try this mop. Plugged it in. No green light. No steam. Nada. Checked the manual AGAIN and it refers me to a customer service number.
